About: Shree "Narmadeshwar Shivling" is found only in the river Narmada. This is the self-sacrificing Shivling. Narmadeshwar Linga is considered self-conscious and does not require prana-pratishtha.  Narmada River flows through this mountain with which the stones flow through the mountain, hence they are considered Shiva and they are called ‘Banling’ or Narmadeshwar.
